Enhancing my knowledge, skills, and ability in communication and applying it everyday is one way of improving my self. It is one of the reason why our thesis adviser allow us to have our summer on the job training
I conducted my O.J.T. in U.S.C. Allied PC Trading at Olongapo City Rizal Avenue Extension in front of Olongapo City National High School where I shared and enhanced my ability in my chosen field. During my first day i was very shy, nervous, and don't know what to do and its hard for me to adjust because I didn't knew them since then. I was assigned in the front desk, asking coming customers what they need and concern. My first task during my first day was to observe the computers that we need to troubleshoot. After that I started troubleshooting those computers with my small technical skills that I learned before, I also clean the computers that I already troubleshoot and put it in the storage where the computers in there are ready to claim. At first it was not easy for me to did all my task but i was thankful that Mr. Naldy Manlabao is there, one of the USC's employee. He taught and guide me on what am I going to do.
Having a O.J.T. experience is very important. It gives me a lot of exciting and priceless memories and also through this O.J.T. it makes and helped me mold into a better person.
